	If you spot a specific guitar online at a store....                               we can get it for you!!!!!! We can ask the store questions and occasionally check it out in person. We can try to return it if we find any major problems BUT we can not make any guarantees or take returns on guitars we have sourced. In general stores in Japan are very honest and guitars are almost always better than described. Prices and fees are set for this service.   Fee   Our fee is 13% or 35,000 yen whatever is more. Based on the advertised price.   Payment   We require at least 50% of the total bill up front, before we will pay for it ourselves.   Once we have paid for a guitar there will be no returns or refunds unless the guitar   has problems AND the shop will accept a return.   Payment is in Japanese yen only to our Japanese PayPal.   Bank wire is possible but can take time and be a hassle.   Shipping Fee   Buyer pays actual cost of shipping. Please keep in mind that actual shipping cost   is much higher than the flat rate we charge on eBay.   We will repack all guitars to our very high standards.
